If you purchase a GO2Train subscription, you may have the opportunity to interact with artificial intelligence ("AI") features, which provide AI-powered feedback on your responses and offer you an AI chatbot companion for open-ended conversation.
When you interact with AI features, your information may be shared with AI vendors such as OpenAI, which may keep a copy of your text or audio responses for their own purposes. Please do not submit any personal or confidential information when using AI features.
Some lessons involve you speaking into the GO2TRain app. To recognize speech, your audio may be sent to a third-party provider such as Google, Apple, or Amazon Web Services. You may disable speaking challenges in your Settings or skip speaking challenges in your lesson.
When you use our services, you may generate learning data such as test responses, learning scores, and course progress. We collect and store this data for use in connection with the services.
